These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to pet waste removal services provided by Holy Crap Pet Waste Removal (“Holy Crap,” “we,” “us”) and to your use of holycraplbk.com. By signing up for service or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
Services
We remove dog waste from residential yards and commercial properties in Lubbock, Wolfforth, and nearby areas on a weekly, bi-weekly, one-time, or other agreed schedule. Waste is bagged and removed from your property. Commercial services, such as common-area cleanup and pet waste station maintenance, are provided under a separate written proposal.
Quotes and Pricing
Prices depend on the number of dogs, service frequency, and yard condition. Quotes are based on the information you give us. If a yard needs much more work than expected, such as a first cleanup after a long gap, we may charge an initial cleanup fee, and we’ll tell you before doing the work. We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice.
Free First Cleaning
When offered, the free first cleaning applies to new customers who sign up for recurring service. It has no cash value and can’t be combined with other offers unless we say so.
Billing and Payment
- Recurring service is billed on the 1st of each month, before services are provided, through our customer portal.
- You authorize us and our billing provider to charge the card or bank account on file for your service.
- If payment isn’t received before your first cleaning of the month, your service may be paused and you may be removed from the schedule until your account is current.
- One-time cleanings are billed when booked or when completed, as noted in your quote.
Cancellation
There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel recurring service at any time by contacting us or through the customer portal. Please give notice before your next billing date. Payments for the current month are not refunded, but you’ll receive the service you’ve paid for.
Access to Your Yard
- You agree to give us safe access to the service area on your scheduled day, including unlocked gates or access codes.
- Please keep dogs indoors or otherwise secured during service. If a dog is loose and appears aggressive or unsafe, we may skip the visit, and it will be treated as a completed visit.
- Let us know about hazards such as holes, sprinklers, pools, broken fences, or anything else our technicians should know.
- If we can’t access your yard because of a locked gate, loose pet, or other issue within your control, the visit counts as completed.
Gates
We close and latch gates after every visit and send a photo of the latched gate. We aren’t responsible for gates that are damaged, don’t latch properly, or are opened by someone else after we leave. Please tell us about any gate that doesn’t latch securely.
Weather and Scheduling
We service yards in most weather. If lightning, ice, severe storms, or other unsafe conditions prevent a visit, we’ll skip that visit and pull double duty the following week. Service days may change because of holidays, weather, or route changes, and we’ll let you know when they do.
Our Responsibility
We work carefully, but we can’t guarantee that every single piece of waste will be found, especially in tall grass, snow, leaves, or when dogs go after our visit. If you’re not satisfied with a visit, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll come back to make it right. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for service in the month the claim arose. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to lawns, plants, or property, or for illness in pets or people.
Photos
We take photos of your gate and service area to confirm visits. We won’t use photos that identify you or your home for marketing without your permission.

The content on this website is for general information. Please don’t misuse the site, submit false information, or try to disrupt it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continuing service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Lubbock County, Texas.
